How to Supply Your Artwork

At KO Displays, artwork is supplied after you place your order.


This ensures you receive the correct template for your exact product and size.

Once your artwork is complete, simply send it back to us by email or via a file transfer link.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Please place your order first through KO Displays.

Once your order is confirmed, we will email you the official artwork template(s) for your product. These templates include all required sizing, bleed, and safe-area guides.

Artwork should always be built using the supplied template.

Step 2: Create Your Artwork

Using the template provided:

  • Design your artwork to the correct size

  • Keep important content within the safe area

  • Ensure artwork is final and print-ready

 

Recommended setup:

  • High-resolution images

  • Text converted to outlines or fonts embedded

  • Final export as a print-ready PDF (unless advised otherwise)

Step 3: Send Your Artwork to KO Displays

Files under 20MB

Send your artwork as an email attachment.

Files over 20MB

Send your artwork using a file transfer service such as WeTransfer, then email us the download link.

📌 Important:
Please include your order number in the email subject line so we can match your artwork to your order quickly.

Example subject line:
Artwork Submission – Order #12345

What to Include in Your Email

  • Your order number

  • Final artwork file(s) or download link

  • Any notes or instructions (if applicable)

  • Your name and contact details
     

Before You Send – Artwork Checklist

Correct template used
Order number included
Artwork is final (no drafts)
Text outlined / fonts embedded
Important content inside safe area
File sent via email or transfer link (if over 20MB)
