Zoom+ Feather Flags are a versatile branding solution designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, perfect for exhibitions, sporting events, festivals, and retail promotions. Lightweight and portable, they’re quick and easy to assemble with black GRP poles that slot securely together using push-fit ends. A compact fabric sleeve is included to keep pole elements neatly protected when not in use.

Printed on 110gsm flag knit polyester using high-quality dye-sublimation, Zoom+ flags deliver excellent graphic show-through and professional visual impact. Stable in wind conditions up to Beaufort Scale 4 (13–18mph), with a choice of multiple base options available to suit different surfaces (sold separately)

 

Zoom+ Feather flag is available in Five size options with NEW Extra Small, to suit a wide range of display needs.

 

Premium Flag Fabric & Custom Printing Options

 

Zoom+ flags are available in single-sided and double-sided configurations to suit your branding needs.

Choose from three sleeve finishes: classic Black (FKB)White (FKW) elasticated sleeves, or an extended Printed (FKP) sleeve for a seamless full-length effect. Our flags are printed using dye sublimation technology for rich, fade-resistant colours and sharp detail. Each flag is precision-finished in-house using industrial sewing machines to ensure long-lasting quality.

Double-sided flags feature two printed layers with a block-out liner in between to prevent show-through, delivering high visual impact from every angle.

  • KO Displays Returns Policy

    1. Returns & Refunds Overview

    At KO Displays, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with this policy and applicable UK consumer law.

    2. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

    Under UK law, if you purchased your item online or by phone, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must inform us that you wish to cancel within this 14-day period. Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

    3. How to Return an Item

    To return goods:

    • Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
    • Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging, labels and accessories.
    • Pack securely to prevent damage in transit.

    4. Return Costs

    Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs. For non-faulty goods returned as a change of mind, return shipping and handling charges are payable by the customer.

    5. Personalised Goods

    Items that have been personalised or custom-made cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. These goods are only eligible for return or refund if they are faulty, damaged or materially not as described.

    6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately and within a reasonable time (ideally within 48 hours of delivery). We may require photos or other evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide a return label and offer a:

    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund, including original delivery charges where applicable.

    7. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note:

    • We may deduct reasonable restocking charges for non-faulty returns (if applicable).
    • Shipping costs for change of mind returns are not refundable.

    8. Non-Returnable Items

    For health, hygiene or safety reasons, some products may be exempt from return unless faulty. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

    1. Shipping Overview

    At KODisplays, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please note that many of our products are custom-made or printed, and shipping times are therefore dependent on the timely supply and approval of artwork.

    2. Production & Dispatch Times

    All estimated dispatch and delivery times provided on our website, order confirmations, or communications are estimates only and are calculated from the date that:

    • All required artwork has been successfully supplied, and
    • Final artwork has been approved by the customer.

    Orders will not enter production until artwork has been received in the correct format and written approval has been confirmed.

    3. Artwork Supply & Approval Delays

    Customers are responsible for supplying artwork promptly and reviewing proofs without delay.
    Please be aware that:

    • Failure to supply artwork in a timely manner may delay production and shipping.
    • Failure to approve artwork proofs within the requested timeframe may result in delayed dispatch.
    • KODisplays cannot be held responsible for missed delivery dates caused by delayed artwork submission or approval.

    Any delays caused by artwork issues do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once production has commenced.

    4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated during the order process. Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

    Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Product type and production requirements
    • Delivery location
    • Courier performance
    • Seasonal demand or external factors beyond our control

    5. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger or bespoke orders. Prices may vary depending on size, weight, destination, and delivery method.

    6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

    If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control (including courier delays, adverse weather, or incomplete delivery information), KODisplays will not be liable for consequential losses or missed deadlines.

    Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. Any re-delivery costs incurred due to incorrect information may be passed on to the customer.

    7. Damaged or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to investigate the issue with the courier.

    8. International Shipping

    International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary and are outside our direct control.

  • Flag Care & Maintenance Guide

    To maintain your Zoom+ flag's appearance and durability, we recommend regular care. Over time, air pollution can discolour lighter areas, and UV exposure may lead to fabric fading. Flags can be washed at 30°C in a regular machine without detergent—ensure they are completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.

    Avoid snagging the fabric on poles or nearby objects, and allow adequate spacing between flags. Always dismantle your flag in adverse weather, particularly in strong winds (above Beaufort scale 4) or heavy rain, which adds extra weight and strain on the pole.

    Flag lifespan depends on usage and weather conditions; with regular use, a flag can realistically last up to six months.
