What Affects the Cost of a Printed Gazebo?
There isn't one gazebo setup that works for every business. Several things can change the overall price.
Gazebo size
A 3x3 gazebo is usually the most economical starting point. Larger sizes such as 3x4.5m and 3x6m are also available if you need more space for equipment, stock, staff or customers. Larger frames and printed canopies naturally increase the overall cost.
Printed walls
You don't have to purchase a fully enclosed gazebo. Depending on how the stand will be used, you might choose a canopy only, one printed back wall, one or two side walls, three printed walls, half-height walls, single-sided graphics or double-sided graphics.
If your gazebo is positioned against another stand or wall, paying for double-sided printing may not provide much benefit. If people can walk around the stand, however, printing both sides can give you considerably more visibility.
Gazebo weights
If the gazebo will be used outdoors, suitable anchoring should form part of the setup. Our 3x3 Starter, Event and Premium packages include four weights as a starting point. The amount of ballast or additional anchoring required will depend on the location, surface, weather conditions and the requirements of the event organiser.
Flags and additional displays
A gazebo can form the centre of a much larger outdoor display. You can also add feather or teardrop flags, printed tablecloths, aluminium A-boards, additional signage, half walls, additional gazebo weights and branded counters.
You don't necessarily need all of these from day one. One advantage of a reusable gazebo system is that you can start with a simpler setup and add to it as your event programme grows.

For the best print quality, logos and artwork should ideally be supplied in a suitable vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG or a print-ready PDF. Artwork should be supplied correctly to the relevant product template.
If you don't already have finished gazebo artwork, free basic artwork layout is available on selected packages, covering simple placement of supplied logos, text and solid brand colours. More complex creative artwork may need to be supplied separately.
Can I See How My Gazebo Will Look Before Ordering?
Yes. If you send us your logo and tell us roughly what setup you are considering, we can create an initial gazebo mock-up to help you visualise the finished display.
